What We Are Looking For (Qualifications/Skills):

  • Required:
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools for social and digital assets.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights).
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
  • Preferred:
  • Ability to edit videos in-house using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Experience collaborating with external video producers to develop high-quality content

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to lead our digital marketing and brand storytelling strategy across email, social, and multi-format content. This role combines creative execution with performance-driven marketing, focusing on increasing engagement, generating leads, and building community. You will oversee social media management, email marketing campaigns, SEO-driven content strategy, influencer partnerships, and video content production. You’ll also track performance analytics to ensure data informs every campaign and optimize results across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • Plan, build, and execute targeted email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Segment audiences for personalized messaging to increase open and click-through rates.
  • Create automated journeys for lead nurturing, client updates, and event promotion.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and timing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and present actionable insights.
  • Social Media Strategy & Community Engagement
  • Develop and manage organic content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Adapt strategies to align with social media algorithms, trends, and analytics insights.
  • Drive daily engagement with audiences to build a strong, authentic brand presence.
  • Content Creation & Digital Storytelling
  • Build an annual content marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Create and repurpose blogs, infographics, newsletters, podcasts, videos, and testimonials.
  • Ensure all content is SEO optimized and supports lead generation.
  • Support live and virtual events through digital promotion, live coverage, and post-event content.
  • Influencer & Video Marketing
  • Manage influencer and ambassador partnerships, including contract negotiations and ROI tracking.
  • Create and edit video content in-house using Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Partner with external producers to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned video assets.
  • Performance Goals (Outcomes)
  • Boost qualified lead generation by 15% YoY through higher CTRs, follower growth, and engagement.
  • Improve average email open rates by 10% and click-through rates by 15% within 6 months.
  • Increase webinar/podcast attendance by 30%, driving new lead generation within 12 months.
