Film and edit short‑form content for Reels, Stories, Shorts, and carousels. Direct simple shoots when required to ensure clear, usable outputs. ✍️ Copywriting & Storytelling Write clear, engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs tailored for each platform. Maintain and evolve Expo Centric’s tone of voice across channels. 📲 Channel Management Own daily management of all social channels: scheduling, publishing, optimisation. Respond to comments & messages professionally and on‑brand. Apply sound judgement to platform trends and audience engagement. 📈 Strategy & Performance Plan monthly content calendars aligned with business priorities. Track meaningful metrics (not vanity metrics!) and report insights. Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership to improve content effectiveness. ✅ What You Bring 3+ years of social media and content experience with ownership of brand channels. Confidence shooting content on‑site using phone and/or camera. Strong copywriting and ability to work independently. Familiarity with editing tools, content workflows, and performance reporting.
