Social media and content specialist What you’ll be doing Create & Innovate · Develop and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram (both in-office and on set). · Capture authentic, social-first moments that bring our campaigns and collections to life. · Write content briefings with clear direction and tone of voice for our UGC creators. · Design dynamic social graphics and visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. · Experiment with new formats, transitions, and creative styles to keep content fresh and exciting. · Confidently use AI tools to support ideation, captioning, and creative optimisation. Plan & Execute · Own the Instagram and TikTok content calendars, alongside the Social Media Manager, ensuring consistent storytelling across both platforms. · Collaborate closely with our creative, influencer, and brand teams to deliver cohesive social content. · Help coordinate social shoots, from planning to on-set execution, ensuring strong brand representation. · Spot and act on social trends — from audios and memes to visual aesthetics — and turn them into brand-relevant ideas. Analyse & Optimise · Monitor and analyse content performance, spotting what resonates with our audience. · Share learnings and recommendations to continually evolve our content strategy. · Support monthly reporting. Collaborate & Connect · Partner with our influencer team to brief creators and integrate UGC into social campaigns. · Support on community engagement when needed, ensuring our followers feel seen and heard. What you’ll bring · 2–4 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing — ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or beauty. · Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram — you know what works (and what doesn’t). · Skilled in mobile video production and short-form editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.). · Confident writing captions and crafting social copy with personality. · Sharp eye for visual storytelling, layout, and aesthetics. · Ability to interpret content performance and apply learnings quickly. · Fluent English (Dutch or other languages are a plus).
