This is a remote position. Full-Time (40+ hrs/week) Work Schedule Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM PST (1-hour unpaid break) Your Role: Marketing Assistant & Social Media Manager Responsibilities: Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple platforms for assigned client accounts Design and execute email marketing campaigns including strategy development and content creation Handle Facebook paid advertising including post boosting and campaign management Conduct influencer outreach and brand partnership coordination for talent management clients Create and populate contracts using provided templates for brand deals and partnerships Manage calendar scheduling including podcast interviews, meetings, and content posting reminders Provide community engagement by responding to inquiries and comments on client social media Perform analytics tracking and reporting on campaign performance and conversion metrics Support PR initiatives and coordinate with external teams for book launches and promotional campaigns Handle administrative tasks related to brand deal execution and client account management Assist with marketing strategy development and implementation for B2B consulting clients Manage workload prioritization and keep projects organized across multiple client accounts Requirements: Proven experience in social media management with both organic and paid advertising knowledge Strong email marketing skills with experience in campaign design and execution Understanding of content creation and marketing strategy development Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnership processes Excellent organizational and project management abilities Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking Administrative skills for contract management and client coordination Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Strong communication skills for community engagement and client interaction Scope: Initially manage 2-3 client accounts with potential for expansion as agency scales Handle diverse marketing tasks across different industries including real estate, publishing, and B2B Support agency growth by taking over execution tasks to free up strategic work Potential to grow into managing additional team members as the agency expands Work with clients ranging from small businesses to established agencies requiring marketing support
