POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends within the beauty and aesthetics industry, with the ability to create compelling content that engages audiences and enhances our brand presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media or marketing (experience in aesthetics, beauty, or luxury industries preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and paid advertising
  • Proficiency in photography, video creation, and basic editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and luxury branding

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Create high-quality visual and written content, reels, and stories
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting
  • Coordinate influencer and UGC creator collaborations, ensuring brand alignment
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results
  • Write engaging captions, newsletters, and marketing materials in line with the clinic’s tone and branding
