JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Real Estate company. The ideal candidate will support the team in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and driving lead generation efforts. The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Team, Property Management and external vendors to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Marketing and Social Media, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CANVA and familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of navigating the MLS.
  • Digital Marketing: Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media advertising is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Creativity: Innovative mindset with a passion for creating compelling marketing content and campaigns.
Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, and print.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for newsletters, brochures, websites, mailers, flyers, and other marketing materials. Help individual agents with farming and mailing campaigns.
  • Website Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website by sending needed changes to the current Website Manager.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate marketing events such as open houses, property showcases, and community outreach programs.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and follow GREC guidelines.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, including printers, photographers, and digital marketing agencies, to execute marketing projects.
  • Video Content… reels and stories. Walkthroughs of our listings, PM billboards, anything, and everything.
  • Daily FB and Instagram Posts, make sure all posts also go on stories if possible.
  • Take pics, reels around the office to have on hand for posts-Take pictures of Sales Meetings, Community Outreach Events, etc.
