ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a contract-based Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage social media, email campaigns, advertising, and content coordination for our 5 restaurant locations.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, creative, and data-driven who can balance planning, execution, and reporting while coordinating with GMs, ownership, and creative vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media: Create 15 posts/week across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, ensuring content highlights promotions, events, and brand storytelling.

  • Email Marketing: Send 2 branded email campaigns per month using Constant Contact, featuring specials, events, and loyalty programs.
  • Advertising: Manage local Google & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with weekly optimization and monthly ROI reporting.
  • Content Coordination: Schedule quarterly photo/video shoots with clear shot lists for upcoming promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Promotion Planning: Collaborate with GMs 2–4 weeks in advance to plan and track special offers and guest engagement results.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly performance snapshots and quarterly deep-dive reports on social media metrics, ad spend, and campaign ROI.
