We are a multi-specialty medical group that includes an orthopedic and podiatry practice, personal injury and workers comp treatment center, medical marijuana clinic, weight loss program, and mental health services. Our mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to patients throughout Central Florida. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media & Marketing Specialist to expand our referral network and support our digital marketing efforts.

POSITION SUMMARY

This role combines community outreach with digital marketing. The right candidate will be outgoing, relationship-driven, and comfortable engaging with medical offices, attorneys, and other referral partners. In addition, this position will support other marketing initiatives in-house by managing social media, email campaigns, and website updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or sales.
  • Intermediate knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Outgoing, professional personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team in the office.
  • Medical industry knowledge is a preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, social media paid advertising, and Canva is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred as over half of our patients are Hispanic.
Responsibilities
  • Visit local primary care offices, specialists, attorneys, and referral partners, three days per week to educate them about our services and develop strong referral relationships.
  • Represent the practice professionally and communicate how we can support their patients.
  • Manage all social media accounts including content creation and posting.
  • Update websites with new content, promotions, and service offerings.
  • Create and manage monthly email campaigns to engage patients and referral partners.
  • Support other marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and patient volume.
  • Track outreach activities and report results to leadership.
