Description

We’re The Foxes Photography — adventure elopement photographers based in Bellingham, WA but travel worldwide — and we’re looking for a part-time Social Media & Community Marketing Coordinator to help us share the stories we capture and keep our content flowing. This isn’t just about posting pretty photos (though we do have a lot of those). It’s about creating content that makes people feel something. Excited. Inspired. Connected. Like they want to ditch the big wedding and run off to the mountains, too.
This role is part-time to start (10–15 hrs/week), but we’re not just looking for someone to check boxes. We’re looking for a creative partner-in-crime who can grow with us as we expand our team and business.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with Gabi Fox (Marketing Director / co-owner / elopement photographer) on ideas, campaigns, and the big-picture marketing plan.
  • Taking those ideas and running with them: writing captions, designing posts in Canva, editing reels/TikToks, pinning pinterest pins, creating marketing emails, blogging, and scheduling content. Basically, you’re the one bringing our ideas to life.
  • Coordinating with our team of photographers to gather behind-the-scenes content, sneak peeks, and stories worth sharing.
  • Build and maintain a rolling content calendar for Blogging + Pinterest + Instagram + TikTok + Emails.
  • Writing: short captions, blog posts, and occasional newsletters. If you geek out over storytelling, this is your jam.
  • Using AI smartly (to brainstorm, research, organize), but not as a crutch — your voice, writing, and creativity are what matter most.
  • Be the friendly Foxes voice online: reply to comments/DMs, jump into conversations, and keep our little corner of the internet feeling like an authentic, welcoming community.
  • Nerd out on the numbers: track what’s working (and what’s not), share simple insights each month, and help us experiment so our content keeps getting better.
  • Coming to our home office in Bellingham once a week to collaborate in person (the rest of the time, you can work from your couch, favorite café, or wherever you create best).
