The Amara Clinic is an specialist women’s health clinic in the centre of Tunbridge Wells. The focus is primarily in perimenopause and menopause but also offering general gynaecology. The clinic is uniquely led by a Consultant Gynaecologist with decades of experience in this field. We provide high quality bespoke specialist care to support women navigating the challenging menopause transition whilst balancing their personal and professional lives.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Part-Time Marketing and Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our online presence. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, increasing our brand awareness and fostering an active online community across our digital platforms. Additionally, you will play a key role in co-ordinating and promoting events which align with our mission to support and educate women about menopause and overall wellness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing all social media platforms including Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with our mission and brand identity.
  • Create engaging, informative and visually compelling content (graphics, videos, posts) for all social media channels
  • Manage daily postings and interactions across platforms.
  • Monitor trends and conversations around women’s health, menopause and wellness to inform content strategy.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to highlight clinic services, educational insights, events, patient testimonials.
  • Assist in the planning, promotion and execution of events such as webinars, workshops and community outreach programmes.
  • Co-ordinate event logistics, including scheduling, communication and promotional materials.
  • Analyse social media performance and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and reach.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tool and best practices to enhance our digital footprint.
