JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and strengthen our brand. The ideal candidate will have exceptional content creation skills, a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing, and the ability to turn analytics into actionable strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related role — healthcare, beauty, or luxury brand experience a plus.
  • Strong photography and video editing skills (both mobile and DSLR).
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in videography and photography is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Google My Business, and our website to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality, platform-specific content — including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts — that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
  • Capture and edit photography/videography (phone and/or DSLR) for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule and manage posts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve search rankings and content visibility.
  • Monitor trends, comments, and messages to engage followers and identify opportunities for growth through social listening.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics via Google Analytics and other tools, using insights to refine campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand partners, and community organizations to expand reach.
  • Stay informed on emerging social media and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
