I’m looking for someone creative and reliable to help manage and grow the social media presence for my real estate investing business. The main focus will be on making short, engaging videos (reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts) along with other content that connects with buyers, sellers, and investors.

Film, edit, and post short videos about properties, projects, and real estate tips.
Create other content too (stories, graphics, photos, behind-the-scenes updates).
Keep a content calendar so our pages stay consistent.
Track engagement and suggest ways to grow reach/followers.
Reply to DMs and comments to keep our pages active and friendly.
Run occasional ad campaigns (a plus, not required).
