POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and disciplined professional to manage and grow ODM Construction’s digital and social media presence. This role will focus on developing clear, engaging content that highlights our projects, showcases our capabilities, and helps build awareness with future clients, partners, and the broader community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in social media marketing or digital content creation (construction industry experience is highly preferred)
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software
  • Understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and basic analytics
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with various teams
  • Basic understanding of construction workflows, terminology, or interest in learning

PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT A PLUS):

  • Photography or videography experience (particularly on job sites)
  • Experience running social media ads (Meta Business, Google Ads)
  • Knowledge of website editing (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
  • Background in trades, construction, or blue-collar industries
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create professional-quality photo/video content of projects, crews, and milestones
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar with regular updates
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to capture job site progress
  • Design marketing assets (e.g., social graphics, flyers, banners) using tools like Canva or Adobe
  • Monitor audience engagement and analytics to refine strategy
  • Support broader marketing efforts including branding, email campaigns, or web updates
  • Ensure brand consistency across all external communications
