We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate high-quality leads, and enhance our online presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign execution—preferably within home services or construction-related industries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Acculynx) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the home services or construction industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Titan Roofing’s social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, videos, ads, and stories.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Work with the leadership team to design local marketing campaigns, including direct mail, door hangers, community events, and partnerships.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs such as leads generated, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor marketing, and new tools or strategies.
