ABOUT US

Top Self Training Track & Field Club is an AAU/USATF-affiliated program dedicated to helping youth athletes reach their full potential. We focus on technical skill development, injury prevention, and competitive excellence while building a strong, supportive community. As our club continues to grow, we are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Communications Coordinator to strengthen our brand, assist with recruiting athletes, and engage with sponsors.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will play a vital role in promoting the club across social media, digital platforms, and the community. This position requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects that showcase the team, support athlete recruitment, and highlight sponsor partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in marketing, communications, or related field (college students welcome).
  • Strong social media management skills.
  • Graphic design and/or video editing experience preferred (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Passion for youth sports and community engagement.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok).
  • Create promotional materials (flyers, graphics, videos) for recruiting and events.
  • Maintain and update the team website with schedules, news, and athlete highlights.
  • Assist with email newsletters and communication with families, athletes, and sponsors.
  • Collaborate with coaching staff to create marketing campaigns for athlete recruiting.
  • Support sponsorship initiatives by delivering content, recognition, and promotional value.
  • Capture photos and videos at practices, meets, and community events.
  • Ensure the club brand is consistent and professional across all channels.
