POSITION SUMMARY

As our Social Media & Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage our social media presence, keep our website fresh and engaging, create impactful marketing materials, and develop video content for YouTube. You’ll play a critical role in building community awareness while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Title 22 regulations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role involves a mix of desk and active tasks, including occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs. (with assistance if needed). Reasonable accommodations are available.

  • Ensure all content complies with HIPAA and Title 22 regulations to protect client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with teams to promote programs, services, and events.
  • Respond to online inquiries and interact with followers in a professional, positive manner.
  • Prepare performance reports and track key marketing metrics.
