Job Description Apoyar en la gestión diaria de las redes sociales del hotel y sus outlets, asegurando consistencia con los lineamientos de marca Sofitel. Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución del calendario de contenido digital. Crear y editar contenido básico para redes sociales (stories, reels, captions y cobertura de eventos). Realizar cobertura de eventos, experiencias y activaciones del hotel para redes sociales. Mantener actualizada la base de datos de medios, influencers y aliados estratégicos. Apoyar en la coordinación logística de press trips, visitas de medios y experiencias de influencers, asegurando el cumplimiento del itinerario y la documentación de contenido durante la estadía. Apoyar en la gestión de solicitudes de prensa y colaboraciones con medios de comunicación. Qualifications Comunicación escrita clara en ambos idiomas. Creatividad y generación de ideas de contenido. Proactividad. Organización y manejo de múltiples tareas. Trabajo en equipo Capacidad para trabajar en ambientes dinámicos. Gestión de redes sociales. Herramientas de programación de contenido. Edición básica de video y fotografía Canva u otras herramientas de diseño.
