You’ll manage inboxes, nurture leads, moderate online spaces, and turn warm interactions into booked appointments. This role blends responsiveness with structure, creativity with accountability. Key Responsibilities: DM & Appointment Setting Engage with inbound and outbound leads via social platforms. Qualify prospects using provided scripts and criteria. Book and confirm sales calls. Follow up with inactive or unresponsive leads. Maintain accurate lead tracking and daily updates. Keep inboxes organized and up to date. Social Media & Community Management Schedule posts across multiple social media accounts. Moderate comments and community discussions. Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly. Conduct light content research to support posting. Prepare structured reports on engagement and appointment metrics. Requirements Required Qualifications (Must-Have) 2+ years’ experience in social media management, community management, or DM-based sales. Experience booking appointments or qualifying leads. Experience managing Meta inbox or similar social platforms. Strong lead tracking and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. Clear written communication skills. Experience working in KPI-driven environments. Comfortable working remotely. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Experience working with coaching, health, or education brands. Background in sales support or inside sales coordination. Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking.
