Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Social Media Assistant / Blog Writer, you will work closely with our Social Media Manager. Your role will include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments on social media posts and DMs, Have a basic understanding of finance to answer questions like “What is a HYSA?” or “What is the 50/30/20 rule?” with the help of AI tools like ChatGPT, Provide accurate responses about our investing masterclass and other offerings.
- Create Text Carousels: Research trending finance topics, Design carousel posts on Canva
- Create Thumbnails: Research trending finance thumbnails, Design thumbnails on Canva with high click-through-rates
- General Admin Support/Communication: Assist Social Media Manager, Quality-check social media accounts, Set up ManyChat automation, Collaborate and communicate with the team through Slack and Google Meet, Provide daily updates on Slack
- Blog Writer: Help write money-related blogs as a ghostwriter for Steve, Use ChatGPT and reference other money articles websites, such as Yahoo Finance, CNBC, and Investopedia, and Fact-check from multiple sources
