We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, alongside the ability to create compelling and visually engaging content that resonates with our high-end clientele.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging social media content, including reels, carousels, posts, stories, and blogs.
  • Proficiency with social media editing tools, including CapCut, InShot, Final Cut Pro, and Canva.
  • Experience utilising analytics platforms, such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies and a content calendar across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives, including graphics (carousels), videos (reels, stories, and shorts), and written posts.
  • Write and publish SEO-optimised blog posts to drive organic traffic and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas and initiatives.
  • Analyse social media data and generate reports on key metrics to refine content strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
