You'll be a key player, working directly with our Social Media Manager to bring our digital presence to life. What You'll Do (Your Mission): Be Our Content Champion: Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across all our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Create Eye-Catching Visuals: Support the creation of compelling photos, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and graphics that showcase our inventory, highlight dealership promotions, and capture our brand's personality. Act as the Voice of Our Brand: Monitor all our social channels, engaging with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews with a friendly, professional, and helpful tone. Collaborate and Capture: Partner with our sales and service teams at each dealership to capture authentic content, including customer stories, behind-the-scenes moments, team highlights, and special events. Keep a Pulse on Performance: Help track key metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth, providing insights to help us refine our strategy and make our content even better. Requirements What You Bring to the Team (Your Skills): A deep understanding of the social media landscape, especially TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural talent for storytelling. A great eye for visuals and basic photography and video editing skills. Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or the Adobe Creative Suite is a huge plus! Organization and an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social) is preferred. A genuine passion for cars, powersports, marketing, or all of the above!
