Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY

You will work closely with stakeholders across global and regional teams across multiple channels and in multiple languages and cultures. This person will play a critical role within the team by creating and distributing best-in-class, consistent and relevant content on social that attracts, retains and drive customer action within our target audiences as well as able to be the brand custodian and ensure standardisation and drive brand equity through successful deployment and localisation of global toolkits.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Hands-on experience in content creation, preferably from the financial, fintech industry with agency background.
  • Excellent skills in copywriting, communication, analysis and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to deliver creative social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and any other trending new platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of all social media channels and online marketing tools.
  • Develop strategies and execute engaging, creative, and innovative content for all channels within the company’s social media ecosystem including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, adhering to set quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Collaborate closely with campaign managers and internal stakeholders (Business Development, Brand Solutions, Campaigns team & etc) to conceptualize social & KOL activations according to business priorities and goals.
  • Identify, recruit and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) or Influencers to meet business goals, responsible for end-to-end workflow including reporting and analytics.
  • Analyze user behavior, content and channel preferences from various content marketing channels and help to formulate the plans into content marketing.
  • Provide daily, weekly monthly, metrics analysis and metrics are driven strategies for Social Media and Influencer initiatives.
  • Social media channel management including: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and uprising channels.
  • Social media daily management including content planning, daily calendar, visual briefing, comment replying, fans management and etc.
  • Create and manage social campaigns for new product or brand campaigns.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities for social media strategy and execution process by remaining up-to-date with the latest trends in content, communities, social media etc.
  • Conduct social listening by monitoring hashtags and branded keywords, detecting brand safety and identifying real-time marketing opportunities based on current trends.
  • Content creation and/or curation (taking photos, writing copy, designing or modifying graphics, editing videos, finding UGC content, and contributing to editorial content).
  • Community management (replying to comments and messages on social and flagging issues to other teams where required).
  • Reporting on a weekly/monthly basis with ad-hoc reporting for major marketing campaigns/events when required.
  • Work with different functions within the organisation, across different markets/regions, as well as different stakeholders to ensure all projects that have branding criteria are met.
