Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be supporting our Social Media Content Manager and social media Officer across all aspects of content and community — from filming and editing to scheduling and reporting. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role where your ideas are valued, your voice is heard, and your creativity makes a real impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Bring UEL’s stories to life with standout visuals — think reels, graphics, short-form video, and more
  • Help manage a busy content calendar, turning both planned and spontaneous ideas into scroll-stopping posts
  • Support on daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Capture live coverage of key moments like open days, graduation, and big campus events
  • Jump into community management — replying, moderating, and keeping things upbeat

We think you’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience using social media personally or professionally
  • Know your way around video editing, mobile-first tools, and visual content creation
  • Are a strong writer with great attention to detail
