The Role This role owns how Qureos communicates across: Social Media Email Editorial Content You won’t just execute content. You’ll shape narratives. Build authority. Create signal in a noisy market. If you think in themes, not just posts and in systems, not just campaigns, this role is for you. What You’ll Own Social Media (Strategy + Execution) Own the social strategy and content calendar across priority platforms Align content with: Product positioning Hiring & HR industry trends Customer pain points Brand storytelling Create and manage: Static posts Carousels Short-form videos Founder-led and team-led content Repurpose blogs, interviews, podcasts, webinars, and internal insights into high-performing formats Monitor performance consistently and optimize based on data Every post should have intent. No filler. Email Marketing (Campaigns + Lifecycle) Write and schedule: Newsletters Product announcements Educational and value-driven emails Build and manage: Drip campaigns Lifecycle flows Re-engagement sequences Test and refine: Subject lines Messaging CTAs Content structures Analyze performance and iterate based on insight Email is not distribution. It’s relationship-building at scale. Editorial & Thought Leadership (Plus) Own the editorial calendar aligned with business priorities Develop long-form content including: Insight-led blog posts Industry commentary Founder POV pieces Hiring guides & reports Elevate Qureos as a credible voice in HR-tech and AI-driven hiring Ensure consistency in tone, positioning, and messaging across all channels Collaborate with leadership to extract insight and turn it into structured narratives Build evergreen content assets that compound over time This isn’t just blog writing. It’s building authority. Reporting & Cross-Functional Alignment Track performance across social, email, and editorial Share structured updates on: Content performance Channel insights Experiments & learnings Collaborate closely with growth, product, and sales to ensure alignment You won’t operate in isolation. Content must reflect business priorities. Good to Have (Strongly Preferred) Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and how organic & paid complement each other Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and audience insights Strong grasp of analytics (engagement patterns, behavioral insights) Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, CRM tools, and email platforms Ability to translate data into strategic decisions Comfort with experimentation and feedback loops Experience managing editorial calendars in B2B or SaaS environments Ideal Profile Experience managing social, email, and editorial in a B2B or SaaS environment Exceptional writing and narrative structuring skills Analytical mindset, decisions backed by data Comfortable owning channels end-to-end High ownership, speed, and clarity Thinks like a strategist.
