As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Social Media & Brand Engagement Manager who will not only manage our social media presence but also build and implement a strong brand positioning strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in social media management, brand positioning, and community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills (visual and written).
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in content management tools and social media analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a strategic and creative professional who understands brand positioning and storytelling through social media. This role goes beyond simple content posting—it requires a deep understanding of brand engagement, corporate values, and community building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting our brand voice, developing and executing content strategies, and ensuring our company’s values are effectively communicated across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a brand positioning strategy across all social media channels.
  • Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and value-driven content that reflects the company’s mission and core values.
  • Grow and nurture our online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, and HR) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to optimize our content strategy.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between online and offline branding initiatives.
