QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be located in Cape Cod with reliable availability for in-person work or ready to relocate.
• 3 years minimum experience in SEO Analysis & Optimization.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or clients.
• Comfortable commuting to client locations (transportation costs covered).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Experience working with or coordinating influencers is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Social Media & Client Engagement Specialist with a MUST of 2-3 years of work experience in SEO Analytics & Optimization, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for a creative, organized individual passionate about building community online while fostering direct client relationships. You’ll create engaging content, manage influencer collaborations, and serve as a key bridge between our agency, clients, and their audiences.
This position requires in-person availability in Cape Cod (2–3 days per week) and the ability to commute to client meetings (transportation costs covered).

TOP PRIORITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Analytics & Growth: Track performance metrics, monitor engagement, and adjust strategies to drive visibility and results.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments/messages, engage with followers, and support brand reputation.
• Influencer Relations: Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and create authentic partnerships.
• Client Engagement: Support communication with clients, attend meetings, and ensure updates and deliverables are clearly tracked.
• Content Collaboration: Work with the internal team to gather creative assets, brainstorm campaigns, and execute storytelling strategies.
• On-Site Client Support: Travel to client locations (transportation paid) for content shoots, influencer activations, or campaign needs.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with organizing influencer campaigns, contracts, and deliverables.
• Provide light administrative support related to client communications and content approvals.
• Help prepare reports and presentations for client review.
