About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media & Communications Internship to join Jumeirah Group and Corporate - Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Support the Global Social Media Team at Jumeirah HQ in strategy development, platform management, content production, and creation of guidelines and roadmaps to achieve brand and business objectives. Assist in managing and updating multiple social media accounts to maintain consistent engagement and contribute creatively to content across platforms. Support event planning and execution, including press conferences, product launches, media briefings, roadshows, and media familiarization trips with comprehensive itineraries. Participate in producing presentations for hotel owners, stakeholders, and ad hoc requests from the Commercial Department. Contribute to content production, including planning and delivering shoots, and support best‑in‑class storytelling initiatives. Assist with data analysis, reporting, and responding to ad hoc requests to support business and marketing objectives. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to generate reports, dashboards, and professional presentations. Creative and digitally savvy, with content creation skills and familiarity with social media management tools. A proactive, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities; previous internship experience in PR, communications, or administrative roles and additional languages are advantageous.
