We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Corporate Communications Manager to elevate our brand visibility, strengthen third-party validation, and advance our corporate narrative across digital and external channels. This role reports into the Director of Brand & Communications and will own and evolve our corporate social media program while supporting analyst relations and external thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong writing skills, digital fluency, and a modern understanding of how communications drives discoverability including familiarity with SEO and emerging AEO best practices. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to own a social media program, shape messaging, and contribute meaningfully to brand growth. Core Functions Social Media Strategy & Ownership (Primary Focus) (~50%) Own and evolve the corporate social media strategy and editorial calendar Lead day-to-day management of priority platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, and support for X and YouTube Develop and publish content aligned to corporate and divisional priorities Elevate thought leadership on priority platforms Optimize content using SEO and AEO best practices to increase discoverability and reach Monitor industry conversations and identify engagement opportunities Track performance metrics and provide insight-driven recommendations Partner with Brand and Creative Services to translate messaging into compelling, visually engaging content formats that strengthen brand recognition and differentiation Collaborate with the demand generation team to align organic and paid social initiatives, supporting amplification of key campaigns and high-impact content Internal Social Advocacy Enable employees to amplify key company messages through social channels Develop guidance and messaging toolkits to support advocacy External Communications & Thought Leadership (~30%) Draft and support development of bylined articles, contributed content, and external messaging frameworks Assist in shaping storytelling that resonates with priority audiences across divisions Conduct audience and keyword research to strengthen message relevance and visibility Support press release drafting and announcement amplification Support day-to-day coordination and oversight of the PR agency to help drive proactive media coverage, ensure message consistency, and track performance against communications goals Analyst Relations Support (Third-Party Validation) (~20%) Support coordination of analyst briefings and engagement efforts Prepare background materials and messaging briefs Track analyst coverage and insights Help incorporate analyst perspectives into broader messaging Team Structure & Collaboration Reports to the Director of Brand & Communications Works closely with Brand & Creative Services for visual and campaign alignment Partners with Demand Generation for paid/organic social integration Collaborates with Product Marketing, Content Director and divisional leaders to ensure messaging alignment What You Will Bring 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or social strategy (B2B preferred) Experience supporting analyst relations or third-party influencer engagement preferred Strong writing and editing skills, particularly in thought leadership and social media content Proven experience managing corporate social media programs Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and emerging AEO best practices Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like A strategic, consistent, and engaging social presence Increased brand visibility and share of voice across priority audiences Strong integration of third-party validation into corporate messaging Thought leadership content that is discoverable, relevant, and resonant Salary: $90,00 - $105,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) #LI-HW1 #LI-Remote
