ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Social Media & Communications Specialist to manage our digital presence and external communications. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating our visibility across media channels, ensuring our healthcare initiatives in Nauru are represented with clarity, professionalism, and compassion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Develop and schedule engaging healthcare-related content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, news updates, and official statements.
  • Support website content creation and updates to reflect program activities and health initiatives in Nauru.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to highlight program achievements and milestones.
  • Monitor global and regional healthcare media trends to identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to refine communications strategies.
