We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are building a next-generation AI-powered IDE designed to transform the way people create and interact with software and design. Our MVP is ready, already has real internal users, and we’re now testing it with a team of skilled engineers as we prepare for launch. This is an AI startup inside a stable product company — the perfect mix of innovation and support.
To help us grow awareness and build a strong community, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Community Manager who can make our project go viral in the developer and AI communities.
You’ll create engaging video content, launch bold campaigns, grow our presence on YouTube, Twitter/X, and Reddit, and spark conversations that spread. If you’re passionate about tech and AI, know how to turn ideas into viral content, and want to be part of shaping a product that redefines the developer experience, this role is for you.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as an SMM (preferably in IT or AI projects).
• Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and viral content mechanics.
• Experience with video creation/editing (YouTube shorts, TikTok-style content, product demos).
• Passion for technology, AI, and developer tools.
• Ability to work independently, generate creative ideas, and execute them fast.
• Previous experience managing communities on Reddit/Discord is a big plus.

• Create engaging and viral video content showcasing the software (short-form and long-form).
• Manage and grow presence on YouTube, Reddit, Twitter/X, and other social platforms.
• Develop creative campaigns and memes that resonate with developers and AI enthusiasts.
• Actively engage with communities, answer questions, and drive discussions.
• Track performance of posts and campaigns, optimize for reach and engagement.
• Work closely with the product team to communicate new features and updates.
