Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a creative individual who finds motivation in helping others, has a keen interest in social media, and thrives in fostering a strong and engaged community.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and produce engaging, platform-specific content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Actively interact with our community of investors and customers, responding to comments, messages, and discussions to build meaningful relationships and ensure a positive brand presence.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Develop initiatives to turn our customers into brand advocates by highlighting their successes and creating opportunities for them to engage with the brand.
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight our brand values, the journey of our community, and the unique features of our products.
  • Gather feedback and insights from the community to help inform marketing strategies and product improvements.

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong experience in content creation across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, podcasts, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or community management, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express or Figma
  • Passion for fintech and an understanding of Emma’s mission
