We are now seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to lead the digital presence of the group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, ambitious professional to shape the online voice of five of Dublin’s most talked-about restaurants.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community management (hospitality industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong content creation skills – photography, video editing, copywriting.
  • Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Knowledge of website design/CMS tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, with availability to cover evening/weekend events when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) across five venues, ensuring each brand has a strong, consistent, and engaging presence.
  • Create, edit, and schedule high-quality content (photos, videos, graphics, copywriting) that reflects each venue’s personality.
  • Cover and promote live events with timely, on-brand content.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and GMs to develop and promote events, campaigns, and activations.
  • Monitor, respond to, and manage online reviews across Google, OpenTable, TripAdvisor, maintaining excellent guest engagement.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and adapt strategies to maximise engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Maintain each restaurant’s brand identity while tailoring content for its unique audience.
