JOB DESCRIPTION:
BERLINE is looking to add a full-time Social Media Content Specialist who will help own social content creation, input, analysis, and account management responsibilities for all our social media accounts in both the B2B and B2C spaces. Our clients are active on all major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Properties, etc.

· Graphic design experience a must! This allows us to develop content in real time to use on social media in various layout formats including static images, video, GIF’s, carousels, etc.
· Execute organic postings, as well as social page event management, updating relevant information/photos, etc.
· Create social media content using a variety of creative formats (static, video, GIF, PDF’s, etc.)
· Develop and maintain fluid content calendars to present to clients for weekly/monthly approval
· Maintain working relationships with client leadership, reps, vendors, and other contacts to provide top-level strategy, insight, and support to help deliver measurable results
· Evaluate and elevate post/campaign performance to illustrate growth through various metrics and KPI’s
· Provide strategic recommendations to continually enhance measurement and capabilities of our social media department
