Responsibilities

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Join Educo as a paid content creator to help build and scale our social media presence. We’re looking for creators who share our passion for bringing real value to students and families navigating the high-stress world of test prep and college admissions.
Creators will produce short and long-form videos for Educo’s YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. This is a highly collaborative, flexible role where you’ll receive robust support in direction, scripts, and visual guidance from our team to bring content to life in a way that’s true to your style and brand.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create 2–4 short-form videos per month (60–120 seconds each) on topics such as test prep strategy, study habits, academic tips, college admissions advice, and student life. (Average time commitment: ~2–6 hours per video (prep, filming, revisions)
  • Film using your phone or personal setup (additional equipment funded by Educo).
  • Work from flexible scripts we provide, or collaborate with us to develop ideas that align with your interests and brand.
  • Implement feedback and iterate as needed (max 2 rounds).
  • Submit final clips for editing and posting by our team, with your final approval before going live.
