REQUIREMENTS:

  • Video Editing Skills: Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar video tools.
  • On-Camera Confidence: You’re articulate, engaging, and comfortable being the face of the brand.
  • Experience: Previous experience in social media, digital content creation, or influencer-style video work is highly desirable.
  • Platform Fluency: Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and how to create content that performs on each.
  • Content Mindset: Strong storytelling instincts and a knack for visual storytelling.
  • Optional (but desirable): Basic Photoshop, Canva, or Lightroom experience.
  • Adaptability: You’re happy filming from different environments—whether it’s our warehouse, shop floor, or a styled shoot.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media & Content Creator who lives and breathes digital culture. If you love making short, engaging videos, jumping on trending audio, and talking confidently on camera—this role is for you. You’ll be the face and voice behind our content, working closely with the creative team to produce viral-worthy stories that showcase our brands, products, and values across multiple platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s comfortable filming in warehouses, styling shoes on set, and engaging with our online community daily. Whether you’re breaking down the benefits of our bestselling sandals or jumping into a trending reel format—your creativity and digital instincts will be essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Video Content Creation: Film and edit compelling video content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. You’ll create Reels, TikToks, product spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content across stores, warehouses, and shoots.
  • On-Camera Presentation: Confidently speak on camera to introduce products, explain key features, and connect with the audience in an authentic, engaging way.
  • Posting & Engagement: Manage daily posting schedules and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social trends and suggest creative ways to tap into them that align with our brand voice and tone.
  • Content Strategy Input: Contribute to brainstorms and campaigns with fresh, platform-native ideas.
  • Basic Product Photography: Assist with occasional on-foot eCommerce photography or visual content needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with our marketing, retail, and creative teams to align content with brand goals and seasonal stories.
