THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a creative and organised individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator & Manager. Your main responsibility will be to shoot and edit high-quality content, manage our social media channels, and build our brand presence online. You will play a key role in telling our story, showcasing our projects, and engaging our audience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create engaging content (videos, photos, stories) showcasing our projects, properties, and day-to-day operations.
• Manage our social media platforms, posting regular updates and interacting with followers.
• Develop and execute a content strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Stay on top of social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to highlight unique aspects of our projects, including luxury properties, HMO developments, and residential builds.
• Track social media performance and engagement using analytics tools.
• Assist with creative campaigns to promote our services, including lettings, sales, and development projects.
