JOB TITLE Social Media Content Creator
Job Purpose
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for producing engaging and high-performing content across multiple platforms, helping us connect with our audience, build our brand, and drive engagement and conversions. This role blends creativity with data-driven decision-making to craft stories that resonate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute high-quality, engaging content (videos, graphics, images, stories, reels, posts) for platforms including TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
  • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and key dates.
  • Collaborate with each department to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and platform updates to inform content strategy.
  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement, comments, and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Track content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in developing social media campaigns and influencer partnerships as needed.
  • Ensure all content adheres to copyright and usage laws, securing licenses or permissions when needed.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio or examples required).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
  • Experience with video creation/editing for Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, consumer-facing brand or agency.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid social, or influencer marketing.
  • Photography or animation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
