Salary: £25,000–£30,000 DOE (per year, full-time, pro-rata for part-time)
We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and confident content creator to join our TreatBox team. This role is perfect for someone who loves photography and has a real passion for social media - not just posting, but digging into the numbers, testing ideas, and building real connections with our audience.
As our Social Media & Content Photographer, you’ll bring our products and brand story to life across our website, Instagram, and TikTok. From capturing scroll-stopping photography to hosting engaging TikTok Lives, you’ll play a huge role in growing our online presence.

Experience:

• social media, content creation, or photography role: 2 years (required

• Capture and edit high-quality photos for our website and social media.
• Create engaging Instagram content (grid + Stories) that feels on-brand and fresh.
• Develop fun, creative TikTok content - including confidently hosting TikTok Lives.
• Edit videos for Reels/TikToks that drive engagement.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, spotting trends and making data-driven recommendations.
• Plan and schedule content to keep a consistent, engaging presence online.
• Help engage with our community through comments, DMs, and Lives.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in photography + editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar) ideally with a DSLR/mirrorless camera (e.g. Canon EOS).
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in a social media, content creation, or photography role.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram & TikTok - with examples of content you’ve created.
• Confidence in front of the camera (especially TikTok Lives).
• A passion for analytics - you enjoy digging into numbers and learning what works.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong time management.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating within a small, friendly team.
