Now, we’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to help us share our story, drinks, and daily vibes with the world.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you obsessed with TikTok trends? Do you know how to turn a latte pour or cozy café moment into viral content? We want someone who’s passionate about content creation, understands social media culture, and is excited to grow with a brand that’s brewing something special.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience creating social-first content (portfolio or samples required)
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and trends within food & beverage culture
• Confident using mobile editing apps (CapCut, VSCO, Lightroom, Canva, etc.)
• Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and detail
• Ability to film, edit, and post content quickly and consistently
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or with a small team

• Stay ahead of social media trends (especially TikTok and Instagram Reels)
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our drinks, shop, baristas, and events
• Create and post engaging content that reflects our brand personality
• Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and promotions
• Interact with our online community and grow our social media following
• Track performance metrics and adapt content strategies based on insights
