POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and creative Content Creator/Videographer to join our team on a freelance basis. You’ll be our boots on the ground—traveling to client sites, capturing photo and video content, managing digital assets, and scheduling social posts.
This role is perfect for someone who loves both the creative and logistical sides of content production—someone who can shoot, organize, and publish high-quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation

• Travel to client locations (schools, daycares, real estate properties, etc.) to capture compelling video and photo content
• Film interviews, day-in-the-life visuals, classroom activities, real estate tours, etc.
• Capture both professionally-shot and vertical/social-style content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in video production and photography (portfolio required)
• Ability to shoot high-quality content in a variety of environments (indoor, outdoor, low-light, etc.)
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience scheduling and posting content on social platforms
• Reliable personal equipment: camera, microphones, stabilizers, lighting, etc.
• Strong organization skills — ability to maintain clean and accessible asset folders
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local client sites as needed
• Strong communication and ability to work independently with little oversight
