SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator with at least 6 months of experience in the real estate industry in Dubai to produce engaging, platform-specific content that enhances our brand presence across social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for writing short-form scripts, shooting videos, editing content, and managing consistent posting to connect with and grow our audience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the real estate industry in Dubai
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media
• Strong portfolio of visual and written content (please include links)
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot)
• Strong writing skills and understanding of social media storytelling
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Plan, script, film, and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to social media platforms and target audiences
• Write engaging copy for captions, posts, and video voiceovers
• Stay on top of social media trends, challenges, and platform updates
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align with brand goals
• Manage posting schedules and analyze performance data
