JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of various social media platforms, along with experience in administrative tasks that support our marketing efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, company website, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel or other data tracking tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work 3 days a week (flexible hours) with a commitment of 10-15 hours per week. Salary paid once a month

Responsibilities
  • Social Media Content Management:
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, company website, etc).
  • Assist in creating graphics or writing captions for posts.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
  • Data Entry & Organization:
  • Enter and organize social media content, engagement data, and reports into tracking systems.
  • Maintain and update content calendars and performance spreadsheets.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research on current social media trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
  • Provide insights based on research to help optimize content strategy.
  • Assist with gathering data for campaign performance analysis.
  • Team-Player: Assist in office phone calls and front-house staff if necessary.
