WHAT YOU WILL LEARN :
In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of social media marketing, with a strong focus on video content creation. You will work directly with our marketing team to create, execute, and analyze content across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and XiaoHongShu
. Roles & Responsibilities : Video Content Creation : Plan, script, film, edit, and post engaging short-form videos across social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience.
Social Media Management : Assist with daily content posting and management on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu. Engage with followers to maintain an active social presence.
Content Strategy & Planning : Work with the team to develop content ideas that align with brand objectives and current trends, particularly focusing on video-driven content.
Campaign Brainstorming : Contribute insights and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.
Content Performance Analysis : Track and analyze the performance of video and social media content, providing recommendations for optimization to improve reach and engagement.
Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand objectives and campaigns.
Who We Are Looking For : Qualifications : Minimum diploma, or undergraduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Film, Video, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Passion for Content Creation : You must love creating content on social media, with a particular interest in video production. You should have a natural talent for storytelling and a drive to engage audiences through visual content.
Familiarity with Social Media Platforms : You should be familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Knowledge of XiaoHongShu is a plus but not required.
Content Creation Tools : Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Capcut, or any video editing software is a plus.
Creative Mindset : A creative thinker who thrives on new ideas and trends, with a strong ability to create engaging video content for various platforms.
Interest in Watch/Fashion : While not essential, an interest in the watch/fashion industry is a plus.
Bonus : A portfolio or examples of your previous social media posts, videos, or campaigns (not required, but a strong plus!).
