With over 58,000 newsletter readers and a growing blog and YouTube audience, we’re building the UK’s most relatable, trusted, and high-quality personal finance media brand – you’ll be in charge of leading the social operation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years proven experience managing social channels (Facebook/Instagram preferred) for brands or creators
  • Strong shortform copywriting skills with a knack for platform-native tone
  • Confident using design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) to produce social visuals
  • Familiarity with editing and reviewing shortform video content
  • Strong eye for identifying clip-worthy opportunities and ways to repackage into multiple formats
  • Understanding of how different platforms surface and promote content
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and motivated by measurable results

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute day-to-day.
You’ll cut longform video and podcasts into shortform clips, create posts (text, graphics, visuals), manage social automations, and interact directly with our audience.
You’ll own social as a growth channel – ensuring our content not only drives engagement but also grows our email list, traffic, and revenue.
You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand voice to life on socials, ensuring our audience sees, shares, and engages with the content we produce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create original and engaging social posts for Facebook, Instagram, and other key platforms
  • Edit longform YouTube content into shortform social clips
  • Ensure consistent, platform-appropriate output
  • Drive traffic to our email list, website and videos
  • Track, analyse, and test performance data to identify what works and what doesn’t
  • Engage with audiences in comments and DMs, building stronger connections with followers
  • Ensure brand voice and content beliefs are reflected in social output
  • Manage freelancers where necessary, running a tight ship on quality
