About Us:
Pawtraits is an award-winning grooming spa and product line, known for luxury pet care. We’re expanding our shampoo range and are looking for a creative, ambitious marketer to take our social media and paid ads to the next level.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for creating scroll-stopping content and running ads that drive shampoo sales. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with our salon team, capture content, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging photo & video content (Instagram, TikTok, Reels etc.)
  • Develop a content calendar and manage posting
  • Run and optimise paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) focused on sales
  • Track performance and report results
  • Stay ahead of pet/beauty/social trends
  • Pitch new ideas for campaigns, collabs, and influencer partnerships

Requirements:

  • Skilled at short-form content creation
  • Proven experience running paid ads that convert
  • Creative eye and understanding of social algorithms
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership of targets
  • Birmingham-based or able to travel to Pawtraits
