About Us

We are two well-established Norfolk businesses now looking to grow our digital presence:

• Norfolk Luxury Bathrooms – specialists in high-end, design-led bathrooms, delivering craftsmanship and elegance in private homes across Norfolk.
• AURA 37 Skin – a skin and well-being studio, offering facials and carefully curated products to enhance skin health and confidence.

Both brands are established offline, and we are now seeking a creative freelance Social Media & Content Specialist to build our online presence, shape brand identity, and attract new audiences.
The Role
This freelance role is offered on an hourly rate basis. You will work From your desired location, remotely and on location at our clients properties for Norfolk Luxury Bathrooms, and at our AURA 37 Skin studio to capture content, film projects, and collaborate with our teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver tailored social media strategies for each brand.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Capture and edit professional video content, reels, and stories on site.
• Showcase bathroom design projects, treatments, and product highlights.
• Build brand awareness and attract new clients through engaging campaigns.
• Run targeted ad campaigns to grow reach and visibility.
• Monitor insights and adapt strategies to ensure growth.

About You

• Freelance content creator with proven social media and video experience.
• Strong video filming and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Creative eye for design, branding, and well-being aesthetics.
• Confident working on site at client properties and in our skin studio.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take ownership of projects.
