Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Strategy Lead to build and grow Made’s presence across social, community, and owned channels. This is a creator-first role for someone who can turn strategy into scroll-stopping posts, authentic brand moments, and content that drives both engagement and trust.
You’ll be the one telling our story to the world - showing homeowners how Made makes their lives easier and more rewarding. You’ll own the content calendar, create across formats, and work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure every piece fits into our broader brand and growth strategy.
We want someone who has scaled content and audience growth before - either at a fintech or early-stage startup or by building their own brand from scratch.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Content Strategy - Develop and execute a content roadmap aligned with Made’s brand, product launches, and growth goals.
  • Content Creation - Write, edit, and produce high-quality content across social, email, blog, and video formats that speaks directly to homeowners.
  • Social Media & Community - Build and engage our organic social presence, growing a community around Made’s brand and mission.
  • Campaign Support - Partner with growth marketing and product teams to create assets for campaigns, product launches, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Voice - Define and maintain Made’s brand tone, ensuring consistency across all owned channels and touchpoints.
  • Analytics & Optimization - Track content performance metrics, run experiments, and iterate to improve engagement and reach.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with design, marketing, product, and partnerships to align content with strategic priorities.
