Following several years of strong UK growth, they’re entering a pivotal new phase - including a full-scale rebrand and international expansion. Social sits at the heart of how they educate, inspire trust, and build meaningful relationships with their community. This role is central to that ambition. This is a rare chance to play a defining role in shaping the social presence of a breakout brand. They’re looking for a highly capable, hands-on Social Media Creator to own their organic social channels end-to-end. This role blends creative execution with platform management and is ideal for a true creator who loves being close to the work. You’ll run their social channels day to day (primarily Instagram and Facebook), from planning and publishing through to shooting, editing and reporting. Working closely with the Content Lead, you’ll help elevate their tone of voice, visual identity and cultural relevance during an exciting brand evolution. This is not a scheduling-only role. It’s for someone who thrives on creating standout, platform-native content and building engaged communities. What you'll do: Content Creation (Creative-First Focus) Capture social-first video and photography (primarily iPhone-led), both in-office and on location Edit short-form video (e.g. CapCut), producing platform-native, high-performing content Write clear, compelling, on-brand captions aligned with approved messaging Create and curate engaging content across formats: Reels, Stories, carousels and static Ensure consistency in tone of voice and visual identity Spot trends early and translate them into relevant, brand-right ideas Collaborate with external creators to elevate output and variety Social Channel Management Own day-to-day management of Instagram and Facebook (with scope to expand into TikTok and YouTube Shorts) Execute content calendars in collaboration with the Content Lead Publish, schedule and manage daily posting across formats Monitor comments and DMs, supporting light community interaction Track and report on performance metrics including reach, engagement, saves and follower growth Keep internal stakeholders informed on social performance and trends Ensure all activity aligns with wider campaigns and brand priorities Community & Creator Collaboration Actively engage with creators, partners and collaborators through reposting, tagging and conversation Support influencer and creator initiatives, including sourcing and nurturing relationships Coordinate content capture and amplification of creator-led content Contribute ideas for launches, campaigns and social activations Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content feels authentic, culturally relevant and platform-native Who you are: Experience managing social for a consumer brand (wellness, supplements, beauty, food or FMCG preferred) A genuine love of social media and digital culture Proven ability to independently shoot and edit short-form video Confident both behind and in front of the camera Comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Canva and Adobe/Figma Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form platforms A sharp visual eye with instinct for brand consistency Clear, confident copywriting skills tailored for social Experienced in publishing, scheduling and basic performance reporting Organised, reactive and comfortable managing multiple timelines A true brand guardian who takes pride in polished execution Confident working within a defined creative strategy while bringing fresh ideas What This Role Is A hands-on creative role — not purely scheduling or reporting Community and culture-led — not customer support Measured by quality, engagement and relevance — not volume alone Requires strong attention to detail in production, proofing and execution 💸 Salary: genuine open budget - ideal experience for this role would be 3-5 years 🏡 Logistics: Central London, hybrid (3 days a week on site) What else?
