The Social Media Coordinator will assist in discovering new talent, daily community engagement, UGC, content creation and support the team with day-to-day functions. The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated, and loves a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a passion for connection. You possess an understanding of social trends and how to engage an audience across multiple social channels. You have a creative mindset and enjoy working as a team and collaborating on campaign and content ideas.
In this role, you will attend beauty events, photoshoots, influencer events, in-store visits, seminars, and occasional travel.
Responsibilities:
· Passion for creating content.
· Proven experience in social media coordination, content creation, or related roles. Media kit preferred. Show us your creativity!
· Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and content management systems (e.g., Meta Creator Market Place, Later, WordPress).
· Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
· Familiarity with SEO tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
· Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
· Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field or currently enrolled in college with a major in marketing, social media, business, communications, public relations, or related fields.
Minimum Experience required:
· Minimum 4 years of work experience managing social media accounts preferably related to the cosmetics industry.
· Strong skills in creating content and visual storytelling.
· Makeup Artistry experience, beauty, and lifestyle influencer a plus.
Skills Required:
· Media portfolio experience a must.
· Must be able to take and edit videos and photos.
· Must be able to speak and appear in video format.
· Create content capturing essence and excitement of our brands.
· Proven experience in social media coordination, content creation, or related roles. Media kit preferred.
· Strong proofreading and editing skills.
· Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and content management systems (e.g., Meta Content Creator Marketplace, Later, WordPress).
· Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
· Excellent and thorough verbal communication skills a must.
· Familiarity with SEO tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
· Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices.
· Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques.
· Detail-Oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced work environment.
· A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
· Able to work collaboratively in groups as well as independently.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
