Job Details Job Location: Berman Skin Institute - Los Altos - Los Altos, CA 94022 Bermin Skin Institute and DermCare Management is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic and patient-focused dermatology and cosmetic care team in beautiful Los Altos, California. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and amplify the voice of one of the Bay Area’s premier dermatology practices. As Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for curating and producing engaging content that supports our practice’s growth, enhances community engagement, and positions our providers as leaders in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Key Responsibilities: Build and execute a content and engagement strategy to position Bermin Skin Institute as a leader in dermatology, aesthetic, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures. Manage daily posting, interaction, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Maintain a detailed content calendar featuring practice updates, provider highlights, skincare tips, aesthetic treatments, seasonal campaigns, and behind-the-scenes moments. Track and report on follower growth, post-performance, engagement rates, and trends to inform future content strategies. Launch and manage an influencer marketing program to amplify the practice’s reach and brand awareness. Partner with the broader marketing and communications team to develop content aligned with SEO goals, branding, and patient education initiatives. Craft compelling copy for web and social that supports video/photo content and brand storytelling. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news relevant to dermatology, skincare, and cosmetic procedures. Capture and edit video/photo content for reels, stories, and promotional use using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.). Qualifications What We're Looking For: 2+ years in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally within a healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty-related brand. Demonstrated success managing and growing branded social media accounts. Experience with influencer outreach, brand partnerships, or affiliate marketing programs. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, tools, and best practices (especially Instagram Reels and TikTok). Skilled in short-form content creation and basic media editing (photo and video). Exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. A natural storyteller with a sharp eye for content that resonates with target audiences. Familiarity with working alongside creative vendors, web developers, and agency partners.
